WASTEFLOW is the Geoflow Türkiye drip line engineered for safe subsurface reuse of treated wastewater — greywater, secondary-treated municipal effluent, food-processing water. A turquoise Geoshield™ liner on the pipe's inner surface physically prevents bacterial biofilm formation inside the emitter; pressure-compensating emitters carry Nano-ROOTGUARD® protection against root clogging. Terra-Zenith supplies WASTEFLOW as the Geoflow Türkiye authorised distributor for Türkiye and regional markets.
The 16 mm outer-diameter line ships in 150 m coils with 2.0 or 4.0 L/h emitters at 15, 30, or 60 cm spacing. Installed at 25–40 cm depth for field, 10–20 cm for landscape, 10–15 cm for sports turf. The manufacturer issues a written 10-year warranty against root intrusion.
Why is WASTEFLOW a distinct product for treated water?
Treated water creates two failure modes in conventional drip systems: bacterial biofilm accumulation inside the emitter (leading to gradual clogging) and organic-load-driven root attraction. WASTEFLOW's Geoshield™ inner liner physically prevents biofilm adhesion, keeping emitter flow constant over years of service. Nano-ROOTGUARD® addresses root intrusion separately.
Subsurface delivery eliminates odour, surface ponding, and human contact risk. This is the only practical way to safely reuse treated water in human-trafficked areas — hotels, malls, industrial estates, golf courses, airports.

What level of treatment is required?
Secondary treatment minimum (BOD < 30 mg/L, TSS < 30 mg/L) plus disk or sand filtration (130 micron). Terra-Zenith specifies water-quality requirements during project design.
Is there any human contact risk?
No. Because WASTEFLOW is buried, treated water has no surface contact with people. This is the primary safety advantage over spray or surface drip systems.
