VARDIT is a compact, economic pressure-compensating (PC) flat emitter. The pressure-regulating mechanism delivers constant flow across a wide operating-pressure range and varying field slopes — critical for uniform distribution on long laterals and sloped fields. A widened water-inlet filter adds clog resistance. Compatible with reclaimed and recycled water. What does VARDIT's pressure-regulating mechanism deliver?
The PC mechanism automatically adjusts the emitter outlet against pressure changes inside the line — silicone diaphragm closes under high pressure (flow stays constant), opens under low pressure (flow stays constant). Practical effect: every emitter runs at the same flow rate whether at the head or end of the lateral, uphill or downhill.
This makes VARDIT materially superior to non-PC alternatives on sloped terrain (terraced vineyards, orchards) and on long (>100 m) laterals.
