GFPC
Online pressure-compensating dripper — 0.5 bar low start pressure, anti-pest diaphragm.
- Online PC
- 0.5 bar start
- Anti-pest diaphragm
GFPC is an online pressure-compensating (PC) dripper that mounts on the lateral's outer surface. It begins operating at start pressure as low as 0.5 bar — critical for small landscape projects and low-head gravity-fed systems. The silicone diaphragm carries an advanced design that physically blocks ant and other insect ingress into the dripper. Self-flushing operation runs at the beginning and end of every irrigation cycle. Terra-Zenith supplies GFPC as the Geoflow Türkiye authorised distributor for Türkiye and regional markets.
Flow-rate options: 2.05, 4.0, 8.0 L/h. Compatible with 12–32 mm tubes. A Non-Drain option has 2 m shutdown pressure. Wide labyrinth water channels resist clogging.
What does the 0.5 bar low start pressure enable?
Conventional PC drippers typically require 1.0–1.5 bar to begin operating. This limits use in small garden projects, rooftop gardens, and gravity-fed systems. GFPC delivers constant flow starting at 0.5 bar — suitable for small-scale systems that do not need a pump.
This makes GFPC particularly valuable in urban landscape (median irrigation, small parks, rooftop gardens) and in soilless greenhouse setups.

What does the anti-pest diaphragm do?
The most common complaint with conventional online drippers is ants moving into the dripper body and blocking the outlet. GFPC's silicone diaphragm design mechanically closes the entry path even when irrigation is not running. This prevents ants and other small insects from entering the dripper.
Self-flushing applies a brief high-flow pulse at the start and end of each irrigation cycle to expel particles accumulated inside the dripper.

Frequently Asked Questions
How does GFPC differ from in-line emitters?
In-line emitters (ASSIF, INBAR, LIN, VARDIT, VERED) are factory-mounted inside the lateral. GFPC is an online dripper — manually attached to the lateral's outer surface on site. This gives flexibility for custom sizes and spacings.
What applications is GFPC suited for?
Greenhouses and nurseries, soilless culture, small orchards, landscape, urban gardens, vegetables, rooftop gardens. Flexible mounting fits geometries that standard integrated lines cannot serve.
Which flow rate should I choose?
2.05 L/h for small plants and greenhouses, 4.0 L/h for mid-size plants, 8.0 L/h for large trees and wide-root systems. Separate pressure-flow diagrams are available for each flow rate.
Is a Non-Drain option available?
Yes. A 2 m shutdown-pressure Non-Drain version is available. The dripper closes when irrigation stops, preventing the lateral from draining — suitable for sloped greenhouses and subsurface applications.
What ant-resistance warranty applies?
The anti-pest silicone diaphragm design mechanically blocks ant/insect ingress. Standard manufacturer warranty applies; for site-specific warranty questions contact Terra-Zenith.
